Responsibilities
- Assist with the packaging of food products, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
- Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations
- Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and organizing ingredients and supplies
- Conduct basic mechanical checks on equipment and report any malfunctions promptly
- Apply knowledge of food processing techniques to support production goals efficiently
- Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality checks during processing
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with the food industry or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance or troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions during packaging and processing tasks
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, portions, or quantities accurately
