This is a Temporary, Full Time Fixed Term Contract position
What You Will Need
- Must have a bachelor's degree in food science and/or a degree in a related field (e.g., Biology or Chemistry).
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in research and development and/or project coordination or related food/drug manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have knowledge of SAP Business 1, Basecamp, Genesis, or other project management software.
- Should be proficient in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, & advanced Excel is required) and Adobe is preferred.
- This role involves taste testing; the candidate must have no allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy products, whey, or soy.
What You Will Do
- Project Coordination: Be the mastermind behind project planning and execution. You will juggle schedules, resources, and deliverables like a pro!
- Research & Development: Dive into the world of research,
gathering data and whipping up prototypes like a mad scientist! From literature reviews to product development, you will be our research rockstar.
- Data Management: Channel your inner data wizard! Collect, organize, and manage data with finesse, ensuring everything is shipshape and accurate.
- Admin Extraordinaire: From budget tracking to inventory management, you will keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Collaborator: Collaborate with our awesome cross-functional teams, spreading positivity and fostering a collaborative spirit wherever you go. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between team members and stakeholders.
- Project Management Support: Create new finished valuable codes and UPC, manage many report forms (SOP, NPR, CR, and others), weekly project updates and follow-up. New projects on Basecamp software. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
- Raw Material, Document Control, & R&D;: Main point of contact for new raw materials’ technical documents, and for reviewing supplier specifications. Tests products, logs and keeps track of R&D; Project status, logs complaints, and tracks development issues.
