Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food handling, customer service, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced food industry setting.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Assist with food presentation and portioning as needed




- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering within the food industry is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
