Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily food service activities, ensuring smooth operations across all shifts
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of food service staff, including interviewing, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Manage cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices to guarantee guest safety
- Assist with food ordering, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive dining atmosphere

Requirements





- Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Prior restaurant experience including serving, hospitality, or hotel-related roles is highly desirable
- Ability to interview candidates and participate in hiring processes to build a strong team
- Familiarity with restaurant management practices and kitchen operations is preferred
- Additional experience such as barista work or bar management can be an asset for versatile team support
