Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will assist in food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests. Located in the Sick Kids Research Tower. The total hours per week are 30 hours. Monday to Friday.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout service hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.




- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service skills.
- Familiarity with health food options, food preparation methods, and food safety standards is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required.
- A passion for providing excellent service in a friendly atmosphere will contribute to your success in this role.
