Responsibilities

- Supervise all aspects of food service operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage daily restaurant functions, including staffing, scheduling, and overseeing food presentation to maintain high service levels.
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and selecting qualified team members to build a motivated and efficient staff.
- Oversee cash handling procedures using POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and dining areas.




- Provide leadership in training staff on food industry best practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in hospitality delivery.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant management sector.
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in quick-paced environments such as restaurants or hotels.
- Experience with POS systems like Micros or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing.
- Background in food safety practices, including proper food handling techniques and sanitation standards.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience that highlights leadership in customer service settings.
- Knowledge of restaurant management tools and techniques including interviewing staff, managing restaurant experience flow, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
