About the Company Groupe Mindev is a private real estate investment and management company based in Montreal. Founded by Frank Minicucci in 1995, Groupe Mindev owns and operates a diversified portfolio of assets. Initially focused on multi-residential properties, the company has since expanded to commercial, industrial, and office properties as well. Position Details Position: PAINTER Number of Vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-time, Term – 3 year Starting Date: As soon as possible Hours: 40 hours per week Work Schedule: Day Language of Work: English or French Wage: $36.00 Overtime: Paid in accordance with applicable provincial employment standards Vacation: 2 weeks Benefits: Group Insurance Main Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Prepare, clean, repair,



and seal surfaces for painting. Mix and apply paint, coatings, stains, varnish, and other finishes. Measure, cut, and install wallpaper or wall fabric. Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages. Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, appliances, plaster, tiles, and carpentry. Maintain cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas.
