We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Senior Warranty Coordinator. Roles and Responsibilities

Below is a list of the key responsibilities:



Coordinate all post occupancy and annual service with homeowners Schedule all post occupancy work with trade vendors to completion Track and moderate all outstanding tasks Communicate and assist field technicians with service appointments and tasks Populate and maintain service tickets, spreadsheets and software Attend regular meetings to review service progress Provide regular reporting to management Complete other duties at the discretion of management. Candidate Requirements

The qualified candidate for the position will require the following: Own transportation Qualified in appearance and conduct Ability to multi task and work in a team environment Very organized and detailed in all aspects Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Knowledge and experience in Build Pro a strong asset Confident to grow and work in a team environment Minimum 3 years experience in warranty.
