As a full time Bakery Supervisor, you will oversee bakery personnel in the absence of the Bakery Manager while ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. You will prioritize employee development, manage bakery orders, and maintain sanitation and merchandising standards. Your role supports Sobeys' mission to deliver quality food and experiences to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to customers in the bakery
• Supervise bakery staff in the Bakery Manager's absence
• Promote coaching and development within the team
• Complete and receive customer bakery orders
• Maintain high sanitation standards in the department
Requirements:
• Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Good multitasking and work ethic
