We are seeking a lead Carpenter(Framers) and 2 Helpers to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials
- Installing doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and other wooden structures
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Ensuring quality and safety standards on all projects
- Assisting in maintaining tools and worksite cleanliness

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 year of experience as a lead Framing Carpenter / Minimum 1 year of experience as a Carpenter Helper
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
- English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication

Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:

- Physically demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Handling heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
- Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods
- Working at heights and in various weather conditions

Vacation Pay: 4% of wages included Benefits & Conditions:

- Full time

Pay: $18.00-$38.00 per hour
