Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Framer/Drywaller to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing wall systems, partitions, and framing components that form the backbone of residential and commercial structures. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety, precision, and quality at every step.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and drywall installation
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing materials using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Install drywall panels securely on walls and ceilings, ensuring smooth finishes for painting or further finishing work
- Perform concrete forming tasks as needed for foundation or structural support projects
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged framing or drywall surfaces
- Operate heavy equipment safely when required for lifting or positioning large materials or structural components




- Use welding techniques when necessary to reinforce framing structures or secure metal components

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming and finishing processes
- Skilled in carpentry, woodworking, and drywall installation techniques
- Familiar with the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, levels, and chisels
- Experienced with power tools including drills, saws, sanders, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites
- Understanding of welding procedures for structural reinforcement or custom fabrication
- Prior construction experience with a focus on framing or drywall work is highly desirable
