Join our construction team as a Framer/Labourer and be a part of bringing building projects to life. Be hands on with cutting wood, installing windows, lifting walls etc. . Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing tasks and review the overall project
- Construct and install wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, moving materials, or site preparation when required
- Handle heavy lifting tasks efficiently while maintaining proper safety protocols




- Support woodworking projects by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to specifications

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning recent techniques
