Responsibilities

- Set up and operate audio visual equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, lighting, and video displays to meet event specifications.
- Conduct pre-event testing to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and troubleshoot technical issues promptly during events.
- Collaborate with event organizers and production teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AV solutions.
- Manage cable runs, equipment placement, and safety protocols to ensure a secure and effective setup.
- Maintain detailed documentation of equipment configurations, usage logs,



and maintenance records.
- Assist in the calibration and fine-tuning of AV systems to optimize performance throughout the event.
- Support post-event breakdowns by packing up equipment carefully and ensuring all gear is accounted for.

Requirements

- Proven experience with AV equipment setup and operation in live event environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve equipment issues on-site.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and project demands; availability for evening or weekend work as needed.
