We’re partnering with a healthcare-focused agency seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic & Production Designer for ongoing project-based work. This opportunity requires hands-on pharmaceutical agency experience and a strong understanding of design, production , and updating regulated creative across print and digital channels .

Candidates must be based in Canada and have pharmaceutical experience.

Key Highlights

- Location: Remote within Canada
- Type: Project-based
- Hours: Up to full time hours, depending on project needs
- Pay: $45–$55 CAD/hour

What You’ll Do
- Update and version pharmaceutical creative across print and digital deliverables
- Execute production work while maintaining established design systems and brand standards
- Review layouts closely for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and overall quality
- Prepare and revise files throughout the creative review and production process
- Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to deliver polished, accurate assets

Qualifications
- Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare agency experience is required




- Strong production design experience across print and digital creative
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign
- Excellent layout, typography, file preparation, and versioning skills
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable managing precise updates
- Experience with or a similar pharmaceutical agency is strongly preferred
