Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Freight Brokerage Specialist Trucking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating freight shipments, building strong customer relationships, and managing logistics operations within the trucking and supply chain industry. Your proactive approach and negotiation skills will drive success in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless freight movement and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Coordinate and manage trucking freight shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers to optimize costs and service quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and supply chain partners.
- Utilize data entry systems to track shipments, update records, and generate reports.
- Manage account activities through effective inside sales techniques and B2B sales strategies.
- Oversee supply chain logistics, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers,



to streamline operations.
- Conduct regular account management activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- Proven experience in negotiation, customer relationship management, or freight brokerage roles.
- Strong understanding of freight operations, supply chain processes, and 3PL logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for inside sales, account management, and B2B interactions.
- Proficiency in data entry systems and resource planning tools.
- Knowledge of sales management principles within the trucking or transportation industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience with inside sales strategies, or freight brokerage is preferred.
