Key Responsibilities:



• Own OEM billing and usage reconciliation processes • Prepare monthly billing and invoicing data for Finance • Track OEM roadmap items and report on epic statuses • Maintain process documentation for partner support teams • Administer customer onboarding runbooks and approval workflows

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering • 3–5 years in operations or product coordination • Proficient in managing operational workflows • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or SQL is a plus • Robust organizational skills and clear communication abilities
