What You’ll Do

- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text, and email.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Answer inquiries about our treatments, products, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations through confident communication.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with retail product sales and educate clients on available skincare products.
- Coordinate with medical aestheticians and providers to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious reception area.
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- Experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, medical office, or medical aesthetics preferred.
- Experience using booking software such as Fresha is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Sales or retail experience is considered a strong asset.
