Our successful Customer Service Agents, must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival
- Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
- Promptly address guests’ requests
- Actively listen to and resolve complaints
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered

SKILLS:
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Robust sense of responsibility and a professional presentation

Our successful breakfast attendants have a great impact on the guest experience when they start their day. By creating a memorable dining experience, you will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning while ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well stocked.



Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about customer service and has experience working in a food service role.

What You'll Do

- Set up and maintain a delicious, inviting breakfast buffet.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and ensure they start their day on the right note.
- Keep the coffee brewing and the buffet stocked with morning favorites.
- Chat with guests and make sure they’re enjoying their meal—and their stay!
- Ensure a sparkling clean breakfast area that guests rave about.

Who We're Looking For

- A morning person who loves connecting with people.
- Friendly, reliable, and ready to go above and beyond for guests
- Attention to detail to keep the breakfast bar looking its best.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Food safety certificate
- High school diploma.
- Past experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Able to frequently lift 10kg and occasionally lift 22kg

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $17.60 per hour
