Employment Type: Part-time (Weekdays-Weekends, anytime between 10am-8pm)

Job Overview

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionists to be the first point of contact for families visiting KidoKad Indoor Playground. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, fun, and organized experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude
- Handle check-ins, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
- Book and manage birthday parties and special events
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Assist with opening and closing the facility according to daily procedures
- Support basic cleaning and tidiness of the reception area, party rooms, and customer spaces, washrooms
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in developing social media content including videos, voiceover, etc.

Requirements





- Strong communication skills in English, Other language is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and reliable personality
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system skills

Assets (Nice to Have)

- Experience in a kids’ indoor playground, daycare, or family entertainment center
- Certification or experience in childcare, daycare, or home care for children
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Basic knowledge of face painting is a plus, or willing to learn.
