And now… we’re looking for our next amazing Front Desk Receptionist!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’re the first smile people see and the reassuring voice on the phone. Your day will include:

Front Desk & Phones

- Answering phones with warmth, professionalism, and speed (we’ll train you on exactly how).
- Booking appointments accurately and helping callers get what they need.
- Greeting patients like they’re guests in our home—friendly, confident, and attentive.

Patient Support

- Checking patients in and gathering medical & health information.
- Keeping patient flow smooth and organized (patients love when this part is done well).
- Assisting with contact lens training and follow-ups.
- Maintaining patient records and helping with third-party billing.

Clinic Operations





- Keeping reception and pre-testing rooms tidy and ready to go.
- Preparing exam rooms, including sterilizing equipment and setting things up for the day.
- Performing diagnostic and pre-testing procedures (don’t worry—full training provided).

Teamwork & Culture

- Attending team meetings, training, and personal development sessions.
- Building positive relationships with your coworkers, leadership, and the lovely humans who visit us every day.
