- Greet incoming customers.

- Answer phone and schedule customers.

- Generate work orders and schedule repairs (work with Shop Foreman).

- Maintain vendor relationships

- Assign bays and technicians, open and close shop doors.

- Make sure technicians are clocked into work orders (editing times on WO/Timesheet)

- Help with parts look up and ordering (when needed).

- Close work orders - making sure all labor/parts entered (work with Shop Foreman).

- Receive customer payments.

- Counter Sales (Look up parts, sell to walk in customers).

- Shipping and Receiving freight, parts pick up and delivery.

- Inventory management - clean, organize, count and restock. (work with Owner).

- Clean and maintain front end (end of day clean up/washroom/front end).

- Ensure coffee upfront and in the back.

- Heavy Equipment knowledge/experience is required.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
