Bakery & Café Team Member4 Seasons Bagel – Barrie, ON

At 4 Seasons Bagel, we are a family-owned bakery passionate about providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and reliable team member to join our growing team.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a bakery or coffee shop is required.
- Experience operating a cash register/POS system and efficiently processing customer orders.
- Previous experience preparing bagel sandwiches and other café food items Is required.
- Familiarity with bakery products, pastries, breads, and their terminology.
- Experience preparing espresso-based beverages, smoothies, and brewed coffee, with a good understanding of coffee terminology ( Latte, Iced Shaken Espresso, Macchiato )
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and comfortably multitask.




- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience with food preparation and maintaining food safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Availability Requirements: Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekend.

Shifts may include

- 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to register with the Career Centre upon hiring.
- Must be available to start as soon as possible.
