Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth restaurant flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and food prep zones
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred,



with a strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
- Experience in serving, upselling, and providing guest services in a fast-paced workplace is highly desirable
