We currently serve clients across Canada, the United States, and Australia , which means our platform must support multiple regulatory, operational, and scalability requirements across regions.

As a small team, we wear multiple hats. You will see multiple stacks and specialties in this role. We are fully aware that we are looking for a “Swiss Army knife” profile. You won’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be curious, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity.

The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Healthcare) to join our growing technology team as our second developer .

You will work closely with our existing developer, product team, QA team, operations, and external AWS partners to help scale and improve our platform as we continue our international expansion.

During the first few months, your primary focus will be on platform stability, production support, and client launches. As the platform continues to grow, you will increasingly contribute to new feature development, technical improvements, and product innovation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, collaborating with a small team, and having meaningful influence on technical decisions without carrying the full burden of a lead developer role.

What You’ll Do In the first 3 months

- Debug and stabilize production systems




- Handle maintenance and improvements tied to large client launches
- Support critical integrations and backend processes
- Deploy and monitor applications in collaboration with our AWS partner
- Ensure platform reliability in a regulated healthcare setting

Longer term

- Design and implement new features across backend, frontend, and mobile
- Make architectural decisions aligned with scalability and compliance
- Improve system performance, security, and maintainability
- Work across platforms based on business priorities
- Contribute to technical direction as the company grows

Who You Are

- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent strong experience)
- Very comfortable with backend debugging and production systems
- Able to work autonomously and own features end to end
- Comfortable making architectural decisions
- Experience with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to mobile apps (not an expert, but not new to it)
- Comfortable working in English (95% of internal communication)




- English is mandatory. French is a strong plus
- Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, APIs, and integrations) is a strong asset.
