- Work Mode: Onsite (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Learn and apply the company's proprietary frameworks and best practices.
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Python. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.
- Minimum 5 years of UI/UX implementation experience with React.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants.




- Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Strong grasp of OOP & Design Patterns with practical use during development.
- Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting.
- Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented spirit, and clear communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components.

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization.
- Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools.
- Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture.
- Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell.
- Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming.
- Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.
