- You have real depth in Angular / TypeScript and C# / .NET Core, with hands-on Azure deployment experience.
- You can point to something you personally built and owned — and go deep on why you made the calls you made.
- You use AI coding tools daily and have real opinions about where they help and where they don't.
- You care about finishing, about quality that survives real load, and about the person on the other end of the software.
- You communicate clearly and work well with people who'll push back on you.

The stack

- Experience building AI features into a product — RAG, LLM integration, agentic workflows.
- Multitenant SaaS and distributed-systems experience.
- Familiarity with Blazor — some of our newer product work is built on it.
- Understanding of the value of and comfort with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with MSPs or the IT-services world, or with PSA software (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and the like).
