• Execute the complete order-to-cash lifecycle • Address customer inquiries regarding order status and invoicing • Oversee inventory levels and liaise with Supply teams • Coordinate shipment requirements with Logistics teams • Resolve EDI and billing discrepancies promptly
Requirements: • 2-5 years in customer service or supply chain roles • Background in manufacturing or distribution preferred • Strong grasp of order fulfillment processes • Familiarity with EDI and SAP systems • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
