As an independent contractor, your focus will be on implementing ABA strategies at home. Key responsibilities include data collection, session preparation, and effective communication with both clients and the RBA. This position requires a commitment of at least 4 hours weekly, increasing your skill set while working with children.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate individual ABA sessions tailored to each child • Collect and graph data relevant to treatment plans • Follow guidelines from the RBA and adjust sessions as needed • Ensure timely communication with parents and colleagues • Arrive fully prepared to engage with clients

Requirements: • Six months of experience in behavior therapy roles • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Credential in related field or education • Reliable transport for sessions • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
