Join our dynamic dental team at New Era Dentist as a Full Time CDA/LDA, Licensed Dental Assistant - Tuesday through Saturday in Maple Ridge!

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a passionate dental professionals eager to make a positive impact in a general dentistry setting.

As a key member of our Team, you will support the delivery of exceptional patient care by assisting our dentists with a variety of procedures, managing patient records on Tracker dental software, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

This role offers a position Tuesday - Saturday (pls. NOTE: our office is not open on long weekends). You will have the chance to grow your skills set in a friendly, supportive environment committed to excellence and patient comfort.

Duties

- Assist dentists during various procedures including restorative, endodontic, surgical and implant dentistry techniques.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical documentation.




- Support infection control practices by maintaining aseptic techniques and ensuring all clinical areas meet health standards.
- Perform CBCT scan image procedures and operate advanced tools such as 3D scanners when needed.

Requirements

- Valid current license in BC.
- Proven experience 2+ years working in dental clinics in Canada.
- Proficiency with Tracker dental software.
- Ability to operate dental equipment including X-ray machines, 3D scanners, and other medical imaging tools safely.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide compassionate patient care.
