Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Full time Concierge Supervisor for a luxury condominium in Scarborough. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional resident service, maintaining security protocols, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents and visitors. Duties
- Supervise daily concierge operations, ensuring seamless delivery of resident services and building access management
- Oversee surveillance activities using CCTV systems to monitor common areas, entrances, and exits for security breaches or suspicious activity
- Implement loss prevention strategies by conducting regular patrols, surveillance reviews, and incident investigations
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during emergencies or security incidents, providing detailed reports and support as needed
- Train and mentor concierge staff on security procedures, emergency response protocols,
and customer service excellence
- Maintain detailed records of security incidents, CCTV footage logs, visitor access logs, and shift reports
- Enforce building policies related to safety, access control, and resident privacy with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement, security operations, or related fields with a focus on surveillance and loss prevention
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques for effective monitoring
- Ability to lead a team with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with building security protocols, emergency response procedures, and law enforcement collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Physical ability to perform patrols and respond swiftly to incidents as required
