Join our vibrant team as a Full time Early Childhood Educator (ECE) or Infant/Toddler (IT) Educator, where your passion for nurturing young minds will make a meaningful difference. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that fosters growth, curiosity, and development for children from infancy through preschool age. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in young children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through clear communication and active engagement.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting developmental milestones and sharing insights with families regularly.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists to meet individual requirements.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including meal times, naps, transitions, and outdoor play.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records, update lesson plans,



and communicate with families electronically.

Qualifications

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or infant/toddler environments.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education practices, and special education needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently and maintain documentation accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day.
- Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and support a positive learning environment.
- Requirements:

1 . Valid ECE or IT Certificate
1. Valid First Aid Certificate

2. Valid Criminal Record Check
3. Legally eligible to work in Canada
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
