FULL-TIME KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

LoLi Café & Lounge is looking for a reliable, organized and motivated Full-Time Kitchen Team Member to join our team!

This role is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working independently, knows how to manage their time and takes pride in sending out consistently outstanding food.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and executing menu items to LoLi standards
- Managing multiple orders while maintaining quality and presentation
- Working independently during regular kitchen shifts, with additional team coverage during designated prep and busier periods
- Following daily and weekly prep schedules
- Managing your own task list and prioritizing what needs to be completed throughout your shift
- Completing food prep efficiently and consistently
- Maintaining a clean, organized and food-safe kitchen
- Supporting the dish pit and keeping dishes moving throughout the shift
- Completing opening, closing and cleaning responsibilities
- Communicating with the rest of the LoLi team to keep service running smoothly

We're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and takes their scheduled shifts seriously
- Can confidently work independently




- Stays calm and organized when multiple orders come in at once
- Has strong time-management skills
- Takes initiative and doesn't need to be constantly directed
- Understands the importance of consistency, cleanliness and food safety
- Is willing to jump in wherever needed and be part of the team
- Is available for a full-time schedule, including a mix of days, evenings and weekends

Previous kitchen experience is an asset, but we're also interested in the right person, someone dependable, willing to learn and able to take ownership of their role. Compensation: Hourly wage + shared gratuities
