Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a peaceful, orderly, and beautifully prepared Casa workplace using traditional Montessori materials.
- Observe, lesson-plan, and deliver individualized Montessori presentations tailored to each child’s developmental stage.
- Foster independence, self-regulation,



and grace and courtesy among students.
- Maintain open, professional communication with parents regarding child progress.
- Work closely with classroom assistants to maintain safety, hygiene, and a positive classroom dynamic.

Qualifications & Requirements

- A Casa Montessori Diploma from a recognized training institution (MACTE-accredited, AMI, AMS, or equivalent training/experience).
- An RECE designation is considered an asset but is not required.
- Previous experience leading or assisting in a Montessori Casa classroom is preferred.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening, up-to-date immunizations/TB test, and Standard First Aid/CPR Level C (mandatory before start date).
