We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The Line

Cook will be responsible for preparing menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food handling. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of the food industry and meal preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and adheres to food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction




- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Prior experience with serving or food industry operations is a plus
