We're a true multidisciplinary clinic in Willoughby, Langley, with physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, and clinical counsellors, all working under one roof. That means real interdisciplinary referrals, better outcomes for your patients, and colleagues who actually collaborate instead of just sharing a waiting room.

We're not a mill clinic. One-on-one treatment, no double-booking, and a genuine commitment to mentorship, whether you're a new grad finding your footing or an experienced clinician sharpening your skills, we'll help you plan your certifications and build out your clinical toolkit. Mentorship isn't a line in our job ad; it's how we actually run the clinic.

What You'll Earn

- Competitive fee-split based on your experience and credentials.
- Existing caseload support with in-house referrals and a growing patient base.
- 7–8 new patient assessments per week for full-time PTs, enough volume to build a full caseload quickly.

Mentorship & Growth Whether you're a new grad finding your footing or an experienced clinician looking to sharpen your skills, you'll have access to:

- Structured one-on-one mentorship with a dedicated clinical mentor.
- Help planning certifications and adding new skills to your clinical toolkit, no matter where you're starting from.
- Ongoing collaboration with allied health professionals across the clinic.
- Support developing a personal clinical brand for referrals, this has included marketing and assistance with golf-based TPI assessments, concussion management,



lymphedema care, or pre/post-natal pelvic floor work.
- Quarterly in-services. Recent examples have included advanced taping techniques of the upper limb, taping of the lower limb, IMS refresher and rotator cuff related shoulder pain exercise management.
- A culture where learning is intentional, not accidental.

The Clinic

- Private assessment and treatment rooms. 1:1 and no overlapping between patients.
- Fully equipped gym (power rack, Hex bar, plyo box, and more).
- Modalities including Blood Flow Restriction Training, BlazePods, Blackboard, Handheld digital muscle dynamometer and Shockwave.
- Proactive, competent administrative support, our office team handles scheduling, intake, and billing so you can focus on patient care.
- Heavy retail visibility with lots of foot traffic (located next to the only major grocery chain in Willoughby)
- Strong relationships with referring family physicians in Langley, local sports clubs, high schools, Gymnastics Canada and Flip City Gymnastics Club along with area businesses.
