Duties

- Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential security threats
- Manage access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
- Perform loss prevention activities by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or damage
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for accountability and reporting purposes




- Enforce security policies consistently while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff

Requirements

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on surroundings
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and the public
- Basic understanding of loss prevention strategies and emergency response procedures
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for long durations
- Valid certifications related to security or law enforcement are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary licenses is essential
