Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, providing detailed product demos when appropriate
- Engage customers in upselling opportunities by highlighting product features and benefits to maximize sales potential
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure attractive product displays that enhance the shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit transactions, and receipts
- Manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clear communication skills
- Maintain organized store shelves, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability

Qualifications Must have Gel Nail Certification

- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a strong understanding of product demos and technical features
- Previous experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette proficiency
- Basic math skills necessary for transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory management
