We have great news — our company is expanding, and we’re looking for a full‑time Radon Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is certified, reliable, and ready to work across New Brunswick providing professional radon testing and mitigation services.

About the Role

As a Radon Technician, you will perform certified radon measurement, mitigation, and installation services in residential, commercial, and new‑construction environments. You’ll work hands‑on with testing devices, mitigation systems, and rough‑in installations while delivering professional, friendly service to homeowners, builders, and real estate partners across the province. radonplus.ca

Required Certification

- C‑NRPP Radon Measurement Professional certification
- C‑NRPP Radon Mitigation Professional certification

Requirements
- Must be bondable
- Must provide a criminal record check
- Must provide a police reference check
- Valid driver’s licence
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to work independently and travel throughout New Brunswick
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces, basements,



and construction environments

Key Duties
- Perform short‑term and long‑term radon testing using Health Canada–approved devices
- Retrieve detectors and prepare clear, accurate measurement reports
- Install radon mitigation systems (sub‑slab depressurization, crawlspace encapsulation, drain tile depressurization)
- Conduct post‑mitigation testing to confirm results
- Install radon rough‑in systems in new construction homes
- Complete real‑estate radon assessments with quick turnaround
- Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and uphold certification standards
