As an Oracle HCM Learning Functional Analyst, you will support, configure, and optimize the Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning module as part of a post-go-live support and enhancement team. Here is how you will be involved

- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning
- Configure and maintain Oracle Learning components, including:
- Learning catalogs
- Courses and specializations
- Offerings and activities
- Instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training
- Learning assignments and recommendations
- Communities and learner self-service

- Support learning security configuration, learner roles, and visibility rules
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing during Oracle quarterly releases




- Analyze Oracle release readiness documentation and validate new Learning features
- Support integrations with external learning providers and internal systems
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Participate in documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your experience

- 5+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning (Oracle Learning Cloud / OLC)
- Strong understanding of learning management processes and employee learning lifecycle
- Experience with:
- Learning catalogs and course setup
- Offerings and enrollment management
- Learning assignments and completion tracking
- Learner and manager self-service
- Learning security and roles

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM tools and technologies:

- OTBI and BI Publisher
- BPM / Approvals
- Sandboxes and Page Composer
- HCM Extracts
- REST/SOAP APIs

- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and work within SLA-driven support environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Bilingualism in French and English is required, as you will be working with resources outside Quebec
