Your role as a fundraising representative is to engage with potential donors face to face and reach daily, weekly and monthly goals, and ensure that team targets are met. All representatives are provided with training that will familiarize them with the charity that is being campaigned and the skills you need to be set up for success each day.

The ideal candidate is a person with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to learn and grow as we are looking to promote people to leadership and management positions where one can eventually have their own team to motivate and train!

What You’ll Do

- Start your day with the team at our downtown HQ—training, music, good vibes
- Hit the city—talk to Calgarians face-to-face about top causes, sign up new donors
- Compete, win prizes, and travel to other cities with the team
- Smash daily goals and get recognized for your hustle
