Battle City Tactical Laser Tag is looking for an energetic, dependable and outgoing Game Warden – Laser Tag Attendant to join our team in Oshawa.

Game Wardens are the front-line members of the Battle City team and are responsible for helping provide a safe, organized and memorable experience for our guests.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and kids, staying active and working in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Check in parties and private groups
- Explain laser tag equipment, game rules and safety requirements - Organize, start and supervise laser tag games
- Facilitate birthday parties, private events and group bookings
- Monitor guests and ensure safety rules are followed
- Reset and prepare equipment between games
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the arena, party areas and facility
- Help keep events running on schedule
- Perform other duties related to the day-to-day operation of Battle City
- Cleaning the facility

Qualifications

- Minimum 16 years of age
- Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking to groups
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Able to remain professional while working with children,



adults and large groups
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment
- Customer service, recreation, amusement or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
- First Aid & CPR certification is an asset; training can be provided.

Availability Applicants must be available evenings and weekends during Battle City's operational hours, including:

- Full open availability Friday evenings - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. - Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Actual scheduled hours will vary based on reservations, events and operational requirements.
- Applicants are not expected to work the entire availability period each weekend; however, they must be available to be scheduled within these hours.

Position Details Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time Pay: $17.60–$20.00 per hour Location: Battle City – Oshawa, Ontario Battle City provides all required job-specific training and supports team members in developing additional skills related to their position. Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
