Game Master – Join Our Adventure!

Do you love puzzles, people, and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Game Master to join our team! As the heart of our escape room experience, you’ll guide players through their adventure, making sure every group leaves with smiles, memories, and a story to tell.

This is more than just a customer service job, it’s about being part of the game, bringing energy, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

- Be the voice of the game: Welcome guests, brief them with excitement, and monitor their progress closely (no distractions, full focus on their adventure).
- Connect with customers: Answer inquiries by phone, email, and chat with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly vibe.
- Keep the experience seamless: Analyze customer needs and provide the right solutions, or escalate if needed.
- Upsell with fun: Spot opportunities to recommend add-ons, upgrades, or future experiences.
- Stay organized: Record interactions and game outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Keep the magic alive: Tidy up rooms, reset puzzles, and ensure the office, games, and even washrooms are clean and welcoming for every guest.
- Be a team player:



Collaborate with fellow Game Masters to improve service and share ideas.
- Stay sharp: Keep up with game knowledge and company updates so you can always deliver the best experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong focus and attention to detail—you’ll be monitoring games without distractions (no phones, no scrolling, all eyes on the action).
- A fun, energetic, and customer-first attitude.
- Excellent English communication skills—explicit, friendly, and confident.
- Ability to stay upbeat and focused for long periods of time.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently but also thrives in a team.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
