Improbable Escapes is seeking enthusiastic and engaging Game Masters to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for facilitating a variety of high-quality, immersive escape room experiences. As a Game Master, you will lead the customer through their experience, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests of all ages. Your ability to connect with players and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Lead a variety of escape room experiences for people of all ages and abilities.
- Create an engaging atmosphere by acting as various characters,



sometimes in costume.
- Monitor gameplay to deliver hints and quality control.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting guests as needed, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage cash handling for game fees and merchandise sales accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to run multiple experiences during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Experience working with children is beneficial.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- A passion for games and creating enjoyable experiences for others.
- Comfortable being on your feet or crouching.
