City Centre Car Wash is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Full-Service Gas Station Attendant / Cashier to join our team.

This is a customer-service-focused position. The employee will primarily assist customers at our full-service gas pumps, and when not serving customers outside, will assist with cashier and convenience store duties inside.

The attendant will also help car wash customers by providing their wash tickets and clearly explaining our different wash packages, services, and available options.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Service Gas Attendant

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide full-service fueling for customers.
- Ask customers for their preferred fuel type and amount.
- Process fuel payments according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized pump area.
- Provide fast and courteous service, especially during busy periods.
- Follow all required fuel-handling and workplace safety procedures.

Car Wash Customer Service
- Provide customers with their car wash ticket after purchase.
- Explain the different car wash packages and services available.
- Help customers select a wash package that meets their needs.
- Answer basic questions about interior and exterior wash services.
- Explain available upgrades, promotions, and monthly wash membership options when applicable.
- Direct customers to the appropriate car wash entrance and provide instructions when needed.

Cashier & Convenience Store Duties
- Work inside as a cashier when not required at the gas pumps.
- Operate the cash register/POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Assist customers with convenience store purchases.
- Keep the checkout counter and store clean and organized.
- Restock shelves, coolers,



and other merchandise as required.
- Monitor store inventory and notify management when products are running low.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for customers.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Comfortable working both outdoors at the gas pumps and indoors as a cashier.
- Able to work in different weather conditions.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Able to explain products, services, and car wash packages clearly to customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous gas station, retail, cashier, or customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Must be available for a versatile schedule, including weekends.
