We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gas Station Supervisor to lead daily operations at our retail fuel station. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily station operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to maximize sales potential
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities to attract current customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional service experiences
- Oversee payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to store management
- Implement sales strategies and monitor sales performance to meet or exceed targets




- Facilitate hiring processes including interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff
- Maintain effective communication with team members and upper management to ensure operational excellence

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in retail or convenience store environments with a focus on gas station operations
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, pricing, and store management principles
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, team management, training & development, and leadership
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Ability to handle budgeting tasks and perform math calculations accurately for pricing and financial reporting
- Prior experience in recruiting staff, conducting interviews, and managing payroll is highly desirable
