Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced and dependable Gas Technician / 313D Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team in Kitchener-Waterloo.

We are looking for a skilled technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- G2 Gas Technician licence — required
- 313D Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence — required
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation and service experience
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, gas, refrigeration, and mechanical issues
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Able to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude when working in customers' homes
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-conscious
- Must take care of company vehicles, tools, equipment, and customer property
- Ability to complete service paperwork and job documentation accurately

Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment
- Diagnose heating, cooling, refrigeration, and electrical problems
- Perform furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump repairs and replacements
- Complete preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Properly commission and test newly installed HVAC systems
- Follow all applicable gas,



refrigeration, electrical, and safety codes
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
- Represent Infiniti Air Conditioning & Heating professionally at all times
