Duties

- Washing Equipment and Access Mats
- Prepare work sites and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools or supplies needed for tasks
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision, following safety protocols
- Operate simple machinery or tools as trained, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance
- Parts runs and helping out around the shop - Must Have own vehicle
- Support team members with various manual tasks to meet project deadlines
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention




- Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions immediately

Experience

- Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
