Whether you're assisting with blueprint interpretation, operating power tools, or supporting installation teams, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate fabrication and installation.
- Support the assembly, installation, and finishing of cabinets and woodwork using hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment for various tasks including woodworking, flooring installation, tile laying, and siding.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as wood panels, cabinetry components, rebar for concrete forming, or roofing materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support concrete forming and masonry tasks as needed for structural projects within the shop or on-site.
- Aid in the installation of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, siding, roofing components, or plumbing fixtures with precision.




- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools like CNC machines, electrical equipment, or scaffolding during construction or restoration projects.

Experience

- Prior construction experience or hands-on work in carpentry, woodworking, masonry, or general labor roles.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to understand project specifications.
- Experience operating hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers along with power tools including CNC machines and pneumatic equipment.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to support project planning efforts.
- Exposure to various trades such as electrical work, plumbing, roofing, caulking or rebar installation is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during assembly or installation tasks.
- Demonstrated handyman skills with experience in restoration work or general maintenance is advantageous.
