Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile General Labourer/Handyman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various construction projects by performing a wide range of manual tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring job sites are secure, organized, and efficient. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help drive project success and contribute to high-quality workmanship across diverse building and renovation tasks.

Duties

- Assist with general construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support daily operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to aid in project execution
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as needed for various projects
- Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, and perform carpentry tasks with precision
- Conduct restoration work such as painting, caulking, drywall repair, and surface preparation
- Support plumbing, electrical, welding,



and other trades by following instructions and safety protocols

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or related manual labour roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating enhances your effectiveness on site
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, masonry, or carpentry is advantageous
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is essential for maintaining a secure work environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding settings
