Access Window and Door Design Centre is currently accepting applications for a full-time General Labourer.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, Operate, Inspect, and Support

- Assemble, glaze, and prepare windows and doors according to specifications
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
- Handle materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support material flow between workstations as required
- Support deliveries and installations on job sites. Some traveling is required.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures

Qualifications: Hands-On, Detail-Oriented, Reliable, and Team Player
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience is an asset
- Comfortable using hand and power tools and reading basic measurements




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team workplace
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to commute to Winkler, MB
